Environmental Compliance Reviews (formerly Quality Assurance Reviews)

Quality Assurance Reviews (QARs), now known as Environmental Compliance Reviews (ECRs), are multi-media environmental compliance audits of 19 key program areas including hazardous and solid waste management, USTs/ASTs, air pollution control, water pollution control/National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES), asbestos, and lead-based paint.

Environmental Compliance Services

Saban has a variety of experience in preparing various “Plans” for facilities.  Examples of these plans include Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plans, Stormwater Pollution Prevention (P2) Plans and Discharge Prevention Control and Countermeasures (DPCC) Plans.   Additionally, the project team also prepares State Emergency Action Plans (EAP) as part of the Storage Tank Operations & Maintenance Manual (OMM) Plans.
