Saban has outstanding experience implementing various underground storage tank (UST) and aboveground storage tank (AST) programs for federal, state, city and private sector clients.  Saban has completed oversight and management of contractors during UST removals, upgrades, replacements, and abandoned-in-place.  Saban has completed cost estimating cost negotiation with contractors, review of submittals, oversight of field work, preparing closure reports, and review of contractor invoices.  Berger has performed numerous UST and AST closures and assessments with array of different tank-related situations in accordance with local, state and federal requirements.  Our staff is familiar with the proper techniques for managing petroleum, oil, and lubricants (POLs) and the relevant regulations in order to assess compliance.
